One brief for multiple offices
If your company has teams in Manhattan and New Jersey, share the same background, framing and wardrobe brief for both. Discuss the locations and dates together so each office can be quoted and scheduled clearly.
Company receptions and conferences
Capture the speakers, conversations, team photographs and details your communications team needs. For programs in more than one room, discuss the schedule in advance; a second photographer can be arranged when the coverage calls for it.

Alex brings a coordinated lighting and background setup to your workplace and guides each person through posture and expression. Share your company’s portrait requirements before the shoot so the final images work together on your website, staff directory and LinkedIn profiles.
Team assignments are quoted by headcount, location, schedule and final photographs per person. Retouched team portraits are delivered within 48 hours. The $400 and $650 packages are for individual sessions at the Manhattan studio; they are not on-location team rates.
Photographs for the people

Coverage can include conferences and speakers, company receptions, holiday parties, galas and fundraisers. Discuss the guest list, key moments and intended uses before the event so the coverage follows your priorities.
Event photographs are delivered within 48 hours. Same-day delivery is available to discuss before the assignment. A certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9 are available on request.

Northern New Jersey.
Coverage focuses on northern New Jersey, including Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, Fort Lee, Hackensack and Morristown. Send the exact location and start time. Bridge and tunnel traffic, venue access and setup needs are considered when confirming an assignment; other New Jersey locations are reviewed individually.
Alex is based at 545 8th Ave, Suite 1220, in Midtown Manhattan. These are on-location services at your office or venue in New Jersey; there is no separate New Jersey studio.

What should I send for a quote?
For a team day, share your headcount, preferred date and any examples of your existing company portraits. For an event, send the run of show and any simultaneous sessions. Include building access, loading or parking instructions and whether your venue needs a certificate of insurance.
Is travel included in the studio session price?
Individual studio packages apply to the Midtown Manhattan studio. On-location assignments receive a separate quote based on the address, coverage and schedule, with any travel costs agreed before booking.
Can I book an individual headshot instead?
Yes. Individual sessions at the Midtown studio near Penn Station start at $400, with retouched photographs delivered the same day. Compare studio sessions and request a date.
When will we receive the photographs?
Team headshots and event photographs are delivered within 48 hours. For an event with an earlier deadline, discuss same-day delivery before booking.
