Near Penn Station
and Port Authority.

If you are arriving through Penn Station or Port Authority, use your arrival point as the start of the route in Maps. Stations have several exits, so check the route from the exit you use rather than relying on a fixed walking-time estimate.

For appointments around a workday in Midtown or Hudson Yards, confirm the session time before arranging the rest of your day. Essential provides 30 minutes in the studio; Signature provides 60 minutes and time for more outfits.

Guidance from the first frame.

Alex discusses where your portrait will be used and guides your posture and expression throughout the session. You can arrive without posing experience. Bring a comfortable professional outfit and any image requirements from your employer.

Essential is $400 for one outfit and two retouched photographs. Signature is $650 for up to three outfits and five retouched photographs. Both individual studio packages include same-day delivery. Compare the packages in detail.

For a company headshot day at your office, use the team inquiry with your location, headcount and schedule. An office assignment receives its own quote and delivery plan.

Choose your session, preferred date and time of day, then pay a $100 deposit applied to the total. Alex confirms the exact date and time by email within one business day. If you need to settle a particular time before paying, call, text or email first.
