Information you share.

This notice covers the inquiry and session-request features on executiveportraits.nyc. An inquiry includes your name, email, service, preferred date, location and the shoot details you choose to provide. This information is used to respond, prepare a quote and plan your photography.

For an individual headshot deposit, your selected package, preferred date and time of day are passed to Stripe with a booking reference. Stripe collects your contact and payment details. After a successful payment, the website receives the payment status, amount, booking reference and contact details needed to notify Alex and send your confirmation email. The website does not receive your full card number or card security code.

Services that help the website work

• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile security check for inquiry forms. These services process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
• Resend delivers inquiry and payment-confirmation emails. Your inquiry or booking details are included in the relevant emails to Alex and, after payment, to you.
• Stripe handles checkout and payment processing under its own privacy policy.
• Some pages load reviewer profile images from Google. Opening Google Maps, Instagram or another external link takes you to that service, which has its own privacy practices.

Visit source and browser storage

The website keeps a broad visit-source label, such as Google, Instagram or direct, in your browser’s session storage for the current tab. This label may accompany an inquiry or deposit notification so Alex can understand how clients found the studio. The site’s source-tracking code does not send full referring URLs or browsing histories, and does not set advertising cookies. Hosting, security and payment providers may use their own cookies or technical storage.

Your messages and records

Inquiry and booking information is retained in the services used to communicate with you and manage the work. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, contact Alex using the details below. Requests are reviewed alongside any payment, accounting or other recordkeeping obligations.

Submitting an inquiry or paying a deposit does not sign you up for marketing text messages. Please include only the information needed to plan your photography.

Your request,
deposit and confirmation.

The Essential session is $400 and the Signature session is $650. A $100 deposit is applied to your session total, leaving $300 for Essential or $550 for Signature.

You choose a preferred date and time of day. Alex confirms your exact date and time by email within one business day; your preferred time is a request, not an automatic reservation. The payment-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your deposit and explains this next step.

Your $100 deposit goes toward your session total. It becomes non-refundable once your date is confirmed.

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed session, contact Alex promptly to discuss your request. The deposit condition above applies. Team and event assignments are quoted separately, with their booking and cancellation terms provided for that assignment.
