How much do
headshots cost in NYC?
At Executive Portraits, individual studio headshots cost $400 or $650. Both sessions include posing guidance, natural retouching and same-day delivery of your selected photographs.

Both take place at 545 8th Ave, Suite 1220, in Midtown Manhattan. Alex guides your posture and expression, so you do not need previous experience in front of the camera.
One update, or a wider selection?
Signature · $650
More time for different looks and uses. Bring up to three outfits if you want options for a leadership profile, speaking engagements and a less formal professional introduction. You receive five finished photographs.
Think about the actual placements before choosing. Several websites may be able to use the same portrait; you do not necessarily need a different outfit for each platform. If your company specifies a background or crop, send that requirement before booking.
Look beyond the session fee.
Check the number of finished images, whether retouching is included, the delivery date and how much shooting time you have. If you need a specific background, file format, usage permission or an additional deliverable, have it confirmed in the quote before committing.
For our individual packages, the prices above include the listed retouched photographs and same-day delivery. For an office headshot day, request a team quote with your headcount, location, schedule and image requirements. Team assignments have their own agreed deliverables and delivery within 48 hours; the individual package price is not a per-person team rate.

Select a preferred date and Morning, Midday or Afternoon, then pay a $100 deposit toward your session total. Alex confirms the exact date and time by email within one business day. Your preferred time is a request, not an automatic reservation.
The payment confirmation acknowledges your deposit and explains what happens next. If a particular time is essential, contact Alex before paying.
Are retouched photos included in the price?
Yes. Essential includes two and Signature includes five, delivered the same day for individual studio sessions.
Is the deposit an extra $100?
No. It is applied to your total: $300 remains for Essential or $550 for Signature after the deposit.
How much does a company headshot day cost?
Team shoots are quoted around the headcount, office location, schedule and final photographs required. Send those details through the team inquiry form for a proposal.
