Cancellation policy
We value your appointments at Executive Portraits, as they are reserved specifically for you. However, we understand that unexpected changes may occur.
To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the slot to others who may be waiting.
Rescheduling Guidelines:
- The first reschedule is complimentary.
- Subsequent changes will incur a fee of $100 per occurrence.
- A maximum of three reschedules is permitted per booking. Exceeding this limit will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the reserved service fee.
Late Rescheduling & Cancellations: Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the service fee, as short-notice cancellations affect our ability to accommodate other clients.
We highly value our team’s time and efforts. Our staff is compensated for missed or last-minute rescheduled sessions, which is why we enforce a strict 48-hour policy.
Punctuality: Arriving on time is essential to ensure you receive the full experience. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time, as we must remain on schedule for the next client. Please note that slight timing adjustments of 10-15 minutes may occur due to unforeseen factors.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of emergencies beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, power outages, or other unexpected events, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making the payment. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
