Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Executive Portraits NYC, your appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and we value your time as well as our team’s. We understand that schedules can change, and adjustments may be necessary. If you have any questions about our policy, please contact us at [email protected].

Rescheduling and Cancellation Guidelines
• First Reschedule: No fee will be applied for the first change to your appointment.
• Additional Reschedules: A $100 fee will apply for each subsequent schedule change. After four changes, the full service amount will be charged.
• 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failing to provide notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

Why This Policy Matters

Late changes or missed appointments affect our ability to serve other clients and require us to compensate our team for their reserved time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment to avoid unnecessary charges.

Additional Notes
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late will shorten your session, as we cannot overlap into the next client’s scheduled time.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: If rescheduling is necessary due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages or extreme weather), we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Similarly, if we need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your next session will be complimentary.
• Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
